Meghan began coaching with HAST at the beginning of 2023, after spending more than a decade with the team as a swimmer. She swam with HAST from age 10 through 22, and went on to compete at the Division III level for SUNY Geneseo. One of her favorite parts of coaching has been seeing several of HAST’s senior swimmers continue their swim careers at Geneseo as well (Go Blue Wave!).
She started out coaching the Intermediates group but found her stride with the Senior Prep swimmers and has loved working with them ever since. Outside the pool, Meghan works in marketing at Buckingham Properties in downtown Rochester. She’s a proud cat mom and continues to stay active in the sport—often hopping in to swim alongside her athletes and racing in triathlons and open water swims during the summer.
